Default GSR cams in B16

I can get a hold of a set of GSR cams for dirt cheap from a friend and i was wondering if i would get any power out of them putting them in my Si. i'm currently running JDM 4-1, Skunk IM, AEM fuel rail and fuel reg., and Apex N1 catback. if i ended up getting them i would definitly get a VAFC and cam gears. any info would help. thanks
