Default white spots on rear hatch...wtf?

I've noticed this from day one of having my car but never really cared. ok, heres the deal. there are hundreds of faint white spots that you can only really see at sunset. i don't have any tints, so what gives? it really doesn't bother me since you don't see it for the most part, but i still would like to know. tia

look at your teg's rear glass when it's pretty early in the morning(at least in my case) or throw on some polarized sunglasses and look at your rear hatch glass. it has white spots every inch or so going across the glass..
