I do not think you can.... the glass would hit the bottom of the inside of the door before it gets all the way down

That, and I believe its a mandated law that rear windows after a certain year (like mid 80's iirc) that rear windows can not roll down all the way.
Kids used to roll them down, and I guess jump out of them.
What happend to the good old days, when folks let Darwin take care of the gene pool?

Yeah, but once it was law, Honda didn't have to spend the time to engineer it.
I agree, we should be able to do what we want with our cars. (homes, bedrooms etc)
SO, if I'm wrong, and they roll down all the way in Japan, then great, lets find out how to retrofit them. But if the other poster is correct, and the window is over the wheel wells, then we may be SOL. Well, you all may be, I drive a Del Sol, lol.
Good luck!

my 93 accord windows went all the way down.
so i dont think it was a law then.
anyways, everyone is correct, the window cant go down all the way cause of the shape of the door.

My 2006 rear windows roll down all the way.
I think that when it was done it was aimed more at animals in the back seat. I would hope the a parent would not put their kid in the back without a seat belt.

How are you going to increase the travel of the window regulator? Weld on some more teeth and modify the window motor to go past its time out point? I wouldnt even bother. It's not going to happen.

Re: Full rear window roll down (JDM-97CX)
Well, if you are really committed to extending the travel of the rear windows, maybe you should look into how the DB8's did it. It's hard to explain, but when the window is rolled down as far as the backside of it will go, the front end will drop a little bit more, exposing less glass. If you can't get them all the way down, it may be worth it to look into this.

No but the hard part is figuring out where the glass will go down.

Thats what Im thinking, once it hits the factory stops have the front swing down.
