Correct rpm when IACV is unplugged?
I've got a 94 GSR, could somebody with a gsr tell me what their idle RPM is at when the IACV is unplugged and the engine is warm? I'm trying to determine if I have a vacuum leak or a bum IACV. I've got the idle ups and downs (hunting idle). I've used wd-40 and done the propane trick to find a leak with no luck. Please help guys, it only takes a second to unplug the IACV.

I looked it up a while ago in my '95 Helm book, but I don't know what to search for. It's probably one of those threads titled 'I need help'.
I think it should be 480. The engine has to be fully warmed up, & sometimes it dies when you unplug it. Hold the revs up after you unplug, slowly & gently let the revs down so it doesn't die. That's the procedure for setting the base idle, it's not specifically a test of the IACV...
I looked - it's 480 for auto, manual, LS, & VTEC.
