Default 215/50/15 in 6.5?

anyone ever try 215 /50/15 with a 15x6.5 inch rim.. kuhmo has 711 h rated for 44 bucks..the tread with is 8.9". i am think with more meat on the ground i would be better off with H instead of a 205 v rated with about 8.2'' or so on the ground with half of the price?? just want know if it would rub??

worsth thing that can happen is ur tire blows due to the bead giving way and u spin into a wall doing 80. i have no idea if itll work, time to "shleppinside"

not possible.

215 on a 6.5 will WORK, but it will rub.

but since your getting POS kumho 711s anyway, an extra 10mm of tread wont make a difference.

You'll have rub issues, stick with 205s.
