i have a 92 hatch and i was wondering will 205/50/15's rub. and yes my car is dropped on coilovers??? offset +40 the wheels are 15 in group n's

mine doesn't on the same size tire and offset wheel.all depends on how low you are.with any reasonable drop,you'll be fine.super-stunnaa style drop will have you rubbing.

yeap....i got 205/50/15's in da front dey dont rub too bad...but bcuz chicago has shitty streets then i dew get the occassional rub..im plannin on getttin 195/45/15's tho some time soon..i sugggest u go for those tooo...

Just the rear. It's not that bad but is scared the hell out of me every time it happens. There are no gouge marks on my tires so it must not be that bad.

I have 15" rotas with the same tire dimensions and I don't rub at all. My hatch is lowered on KYB AGX shocks and Progress 2.5" lowering springs. Just don't be cheap when you lower your car. You will be fine

wtf does being cheap have to do with the ****** rubbing

If there is no gap between the wheel and the fender, they will rub. Give it like a 1 finger gap or more and get some stiff springs, shouldnt rub then

I'm dropped on tein stech springs.
Like stated above. It rubs but only when i fully turn my steering wheel.
It doesn't rub when i hit bumps or anything.

it has everything to do with it bro, if you get cheap *** springs and throw em on stock shocks (cheap) then you will rub like crap if those springs have low rates, and if the cheap springs have high rates you will blow your shocks and they will rub, so yeah they are related

keep in mind that the rubbing can be helped with stiffer settings on shocks so there is less damper when you make a turn

just for reference,i have 205/50-15s on both my cars-one on +45mm offset wheels,the other on +40mm offset.on both cars,the rear has no gap,and the front tucks about 1/4".neither rub.

What is the offset of stock wheels? My experience comes from a friend who had 15x6.5 buddy clubs (can't remember the offset) with 205/50 azenis with tein HA

i'm not positive on the offset of the various stock wheels,but i think it's in the +50mmish area,with usually 6" widths.also,the Azenis are a little bit wider than what they are claimed to b(i think the 205s tend to be closer to 210-215mm wide)-that could contribute to rubbing.
