Default 99 jdm r in 98 ek???

i got a 99 integra type r swap(jdm) going in a 98 ek dx and im using the stock dx harness

from what i have read all i need to do is.....
1. add the vtec to a8
2.switch 3 wire iacv to 2 wire and that is it
3.add knock sensor
4.ckp sensor
5. switch a14 to a12

my questions aare??
1.do i have to do any wiring changes to the o2 sensors
2.will there be any loose/unused connectors
3.can some post a pic of where the iacv is on a jdm "r" motor

thanks

you will not be using the CKF sensor and the evap purge sensor ( fual rail vacuum switch) if i remember you need to switch the DX iac valve wire to where it would be in the 99 r harness. i did this on the last dx swap i did i cant remember the pins though.

You will also have to wire up the Knock sensor and rewire the IAT since it's in the manifold on the ITR and the plug is different. Other than that it seems like you have everything covered.

u need to wire
VTEC solenoid (1 wire, terminal A8)
VTEC Oil Pressure (2 wires, terminal C15 and one ground)
Knock Sensor (1 wire, terminal D6)

IACV from 3 wires to 2 (move Pin A12 to A14, no orange wire USED)
CKF from 3 wires to 2, one wire is ground
IAT Change Plug and extend

O2 Sensors are fine, you would need to extend some wires if u want it to come out as clean as possible

hopefully i helped you somewat, sorry if its not enough

This is a JDM ITR which doesn't have either of those sensors.

CKF = Crank Fluctuation Sensor
CKP = Crank Angle Position Sensor

the iac valve is on the back of the intake bout 3-4 inches long, aluminum block with a black motor attached to it. ad there is no CKF there is on the dx but not the r. it is the sensor under the bottom timming cover, and behind the timming belt sprocket. again this one isnt used.

the ckp or crank position top dead sensor is inside the distributor.
