I have a (98+ spec) b18c5 sitting in my garage ready to go into my 99 Civic EX need some help on the wiring...do i need to wire a knock sensor, O2 sensor, how about V-tec? Someone told me my car is already wired for vtec. Please let me know. I have searched through all posts and forums there is nothing that deals with this swap specifically. Everything else i have found was very general providing minimal details.

you already have vtec wired into your harness no need to do that you should already have a knock sensor it is above your oil filter and for 02 sensor should be good also. you should be set to go all you should have to wire is the iab and egr if its got one im not sure.
