AC question

the car: 2000 civic ex
the problem: even when i have my ac all the way off it still seems to be on just a little.

how can i fix this and also could this be hurting my performance?

sorry if this is a stupid question

close your vents. It isn't on, thats just the outside air coming in through your open vents.

there are no stupid questions. Just sometimes questions gets asked to many times. You sir an *** for saying that. So he didnt know it doesnt mean that you have to make stupid statement like that to rack up some post.
