i just received a buddy club body kit for my 97 del sol and everything looks, front bumper, side skirts, except for the rear bumper like... if you look at it straight on, the bottom near the right of the whole for the exhaust like bends lower than the left side of the bumper... it's made out of fiberglass, so i dont' know if that's why... anyone else have this kit?

 

Nope i don't think anyone on here has one but just call the company and ask them what is up with it

 

or does anyone have a buddy club kit for any civichatchback or anything... because it's basically the same thing

since its probably a no-name brand kit its just poor quality of either the mold or the kit. Fiberglass kits are known for problems like this, most of them require minor work to make them fit even close to correct.

 

We have sold afew kits from them and they sometimes do require reshaping to make them fit flush. Just make sure that your bodyshop is experienced with reshaping fiberglass since it can be a tedious process, good luck.

if your going to rice out your car at least buy urethane (so if ya whack a rabbit its still in one piece)

Probably Easier And Cheaper For You Just To Buy Another Rear Bumper

 

yeah so why is putting on a body kit ricing out a car?

 

If it does'nt fit maybe thats a sign that it does'nt belong?

 

Keep the buddy club kit, be different from EVERYONE else here. I know i just wont get a lip, i will probably get the bomex kit for my coupe. minus the rear cause it is hideous. Good luck with getting your kit fixed, you could always call them and ask what you could do.
