Fuel cut out?

Fuel cut out?
I was thinking is there a way you could possible wire a switch to the fuse for the fuelpump/fuel injectors so you could cut the power to them to prevent your car from being stolen? Has anyone ever tried this before?

The fuel pump has two wires.....a positive and a ground. Splice the ground and add your switch, making sure to hide the switch and not let anyone know where it is!
