Default Another Friend & I cleaned up his engine bay. *4 Pics*

Still a lot of work to do on it. Few things have to be painted & moved. But it will be immaculate after we're done.

Before:

After:

Should look like this when we're done. But with a turbo.

Check out the other engine cleaning thread.

Because the car will be painted soon. Black goes with whatever color he ends up choosing.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by 1993sir &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">okay whats up with your post cuz to me they look like 3 different cars, and no your not that good to do that much good work that it seems that way. cuz in the one pic with the gsr strut bar is installed. but if you look at the last pic it doesnt have the holes for the strut bar like in the 94-95 models, but in the first two pics it has the strut bar like that 92-93 have the holes already there. so when you cleaned up the engine bay you filled the holes in or something.</TD></TR></TABLE>

Hmmm, I didn't think it was that hard to understand, really?

First Picture was with the b16... Then we swapped the b16 for a b18c... While the engine was out we painted the engine bay black and hid all the wiring.

The last picture is what it "should" look like when all done. Except it will be turbo, not N/A.

I personally would rather have my engine bay color match my car. But it looks cool.

he shouldnt have rushed the swap and waited till the whole car was sprayed. then the bay would be the same color. but it still looks clean.

You're missing the point.

The engine bay would have been black no matter what color he goes with.

Because, we like our engine bays black.

how hard is it to paint your engine bay black? How much does it cost usually?

When I do my swap, I want to paint my ugly messy white engine bay to black
