You also have to perform the "idle relearn procedure." Let the car idle with the A.C. off and nothing on with the doors closed for at least 5 minutes...This should be done anytime you add a perfromance piece of equipment.
Also don't forget to re-program your drivers side auto up/down window...Just hold it completely down until the window is all the way down and then do the same raising it up. It should work

 

you dont need to but you can. Why not. easy , takes less than 1 minute to do it. take out ECU fuse. then put it back on

 

well i had the negative terminal off when i was installin the intake so that should have done it rite
