Default need expierence's with crank pullies (aftermarket style) why the bad rep?

Ive been doing reasearch on aftermarket lightweight crank pullies and a lot of people say that they are bad for your bottom end. Why? I cant imagine why they have been on the market for so long if they are that bad, and V8 guys have been using them for years.

So heres a chance for the ones who have complaints, or no complaints about their pullies to give their testamony about them. Im sure other people wanna know this info too. please, no biased , non expierenced opinions.
