S2000 rims
I was wondering if anyone knows of a site that has wheel adapters for a civic. My buddy is gettin new rims on his 03 s2000 and is givin me his rims to put on my 00 civic. So those of you that know the s2000 is a 5 stud and civics are 4 stud. Thanks
This isn't going to be cheap, you'll have to get a 5 lug conversion. And if you ask me, converting to 5 lug isn't worth the money and the hassle just to use a free set of S2000 wheels.
yea i seen that thread about the 5 lug conversion. but i know with sport trucks they make wheel adapters so u can mount 6 lug rims to a 5 lug truck using a machined metal spacer.
You shouldn't worry about the 5 lug. What you SHOULD worry about is the offset. The fronts and the rears are different. So you might want to look for 2 MORE front S2k wheels. 5 lug you can find anywhere. 2 front S2k rims, it's gonna take some time.
You would have to do a 5 Lug conversion form an ITR. I was actually thinking baout getting a set of S2000 wheels for my car. Im pretty sure theyare staggere though, so you might want to get 4 front wheels.

Wheel adapters?

Hell no.
S2000 wheels will already have a pretty wild offset, and as someone already stated you won't be using the rear wheels because their offset is totally wrong for Civics.
Wheel adapters only make the wheels stick out worse, and unless you run extended studs they are not safe either.
I'd sell off those S2000 wheels and put that money towards some nicer wheels anyways.
S2000 wheels ar heavy as **** anyways. I've seen S2000 wheels on a hatchback, but he ran 4 fronts and the full 5-lug conversion from an Integra Type R.
Trust me bro, you found a message board with a lot of knowledgable people - you can truat most of us here, and the suggestions in this topic thus far are 100% true.
