Default Compustar Keyless for $249.99 Good Buy?

OK I decided I wasn't going to go through the hassle of a clutch bypass and all that, so I went to one of the local rim&trim places, and they quoted me $249.99 to install a CompuStar 1WAM-S One Way system......You guys know better than me, is this a good price? Price includes having them install it. Thanks.

Well that was the original plan, but then everyone told me to buy a CompuStar....I'm not too sure of my ability to install one of these...

the alarm is VERY easy, I install them all the time, recommendation, DO NOT GET THE SPREAD SPECTRUM one, IT SUCKS, sometimes it doens't respond or send the signal, get the FM or 1 way they are instant. If your in the NY area, i'll install it for you.

1way = AM 2way = FM (2 channel only, works the best) spread spectrum multi channel ******* ****

I had this older noname unit I bought off them last xmas for $99, and they gave me $150 credit for it! haha dumbasses.....so I ended up giving them another $100.....so I basically got the whole thing installed for $199....not bad eh? Ah well, I can't wait til Thursday, its colder than hell here in Ohio.....
