Default My girlfriends mom wants a spoiler for her new car, where should I direct her?

hey guys,

my girlfriends mom just bought a 00 accord 4dr ex and she wants a spoiler. where should i tell her to go? i guess honda told her like $600.

i looked up an oem one on hparts.com and ahmotor.com and they're going for like $350... dang gone... seems kinda high.

it doesn't have to be oem... but, she wants the oem-style.

should i tell her to hit ebay? or get something from summit racing, or jegs? or whats your guys recommendation?

do the oem ones come painted?

btw, i have a civic and i like this forum... thats why i posted here

$350 for an OEM painted OEM spolier is a REALLY good price.

I would tell her to get that.

Man you should get 2 of those, one for the tunk and one for the roof.

Does the spoiler she want have a LED? Cuz if so thats whats m,aking them kinda pricey. Maybe you shoule see if theres one identical without the LED.

I'm gonna say ebay too. Unless you can find a better price elsewhere.

you should try asking in the accord forum, so that you can see what actually looks good on them

hey guys, thanks for all the help!

we've decided to purchase a spoiler from spoilerdepot.com

a new oem-style spoiler is $115... or $199 painted... then tack on $25 for shipping

or if you buy it through ebay from them, it can be had for $147-$169 Painted... theres 2 styles... and depending if you bid the minimum and you win... or if you splurge and use the Buy It Now option (~$10 more)

so, even with the buy it now at $169, and tack of $25 shipping, thats $194 shipped... painted... nice!

thanks guys!!!
