i have a 94 civic coupe and when it rains or when i was my car i have a leak on the back right side of the trunk, i heard there is a tube or somthing, what is this tube for? and would it hurt if i plugged it up? or what else could it be leaking?

still leak's , and i tried searching but no luck at all. seems everyone else who has a leak in there trunk is from the tail light gaskets. mines coming in from both sides of the trunk mostly the right side though. i pull back the carpet on the sides and i can see water leakin in from were the back seat window is or in that area....
IM clueless!
