What would you do? (EM1 or EH3)
I am the proud owner of a 2k civic Si and a 92 civic Si. but im often stuck on what to do with them.
EM1:
Mods:
Comptech Intake
Comptech Ice box
Comptech Header
Ground Control coils
Tanabe Racing Medallion
DC short shifter
OEM Fog lights (turn on with praking lights :-) )
DIY clear headlights (amber bulbs)
Recaro SRD LE's
EH3:
Mods:
intake
amber corners
ground control coilovers
1992 sony head unit
some infinity speakers (kappa i think)
eg6 front hub/knuckle assembaly (bigger brakes...yumm)
oem mud flaps
gsr blades wrapped in azenis
skunk2 adjustable control arms
Now back to my question, which Si would you mod?
i kind of wanna do more stuff with the EM1 since it already comes with a b series.
any thoughts, opinions, suggestions are welcomed.

thing is, they are both daily driven. my mom and dad drive the Si coupe (lol), and i drive the Si hatch.
but you do prove a point, since i dont care about comfort when it come to the hatch.

you know what? i'm in the same position... what my plans are, is to mod my EH2... this being because i believe it is a better chassis/platform to work with. the EM1 will serve as my daily driver, so it also must perform well on the streets. its up to you, completely preference.
oh yeah, my motor of choice isn't the b16... its the d15 in the hatchie

Well, I say you mod the EH2, because it would be a faster car. And both cars look nice.
Like, do a 1.8 liter swap onto the EH2 since your civic SI has a b16.
And keep the EM1 as a daily driver, cuz it's just sooo damn blingin and cool.
Or you could take that healthy b16 and put it into your EH2 and sell the Si shell, and use the money to turbo the b16 in the EH2.
lol, but then you wouldn't have two cars.. :*(
No no.. Just kidding. Just do a swap on the EH2, and use the b16 EM1 as a daily driver.
Or use the EH2 as a daily driver since it has better gas mileage than the EM1.

funny you say that. i get 210 miles to the tank in the hatch.
im not gonna be swapping the hatch anytime soon, since the motor still works and it racks up a lot of miles.
just to give you an idea of what i plan on doing to them...
EM1: CTR wheel, CTR Lights, Mugen lip, Buddy Club P1 SF's, Tein SS, ssr lca, Carbing type 2 in the front and type 1 in the rear, and Comptech anti-sway/tie bar combo.
EH3: Recaro SPG (i love this seat), ex/sir lip, new paint job (same color), replace any faded moldings, EG6 fenders (i need new ones anyways), front lca (bent), bigger brake master cylinder (EG6 brakes dont like stock master cylinder
), kyb agx, anti-sway bar, benen bars (all of them), and eventually swap
thanks for the positive comments on the cars and the suggestions!

if you looking for a car to make quicker in the long run I'd go with the hatch but if you looking for the over all nice cleaner looking car I'd go with the si
