Default winter build up

well here's the story i have a b18c5 ,and looking to rebuild it for the winter .i'd like to sleeve the block and make it 84mm .i'm looking for only the best so if you could help out with all the parts i would need for the bottom end . this will be a street car and weekend road racer 93-94 oct is available. i'm looking from the head gasket down . i'm looking to make as much power as possable . for the top end i have so far skunk stage 2 and a smsp b20 header most likely will not do any thing else to the head for now . also need someone who can blueprint , balance and assemble the motor sorry spelling sucks thanks for the help

JE 12.5:1 with eagle rods. swirl polish crank. mill the head. tune that ****

if your building up the bottom end you should def. port and polish the head, the factory itr job isnt all that great. you might wanna only mill the head a little to ensure a good seal from the headgasket.
