Civic type R exhaust cam has the same lift and duration as the ITR exhaust cam.
But the CTR intake cam is slightly more aggressive than the ITR intake cam.
CTR intake cam has 243 degrees of duration and 11.5 mm of lift
ITR intake cam has 240 degrees of duration and 11.5 mm of lift
To answer your question the best OEM cam is CTR intake cam and either ITR or CTR exhaust cam.

thank you for the advice...i couldnt remember which it was that was better for the intake the CTR or ITR....well where exactly can you get CTR cams? is it the EK9 Civic Type R intake cam...cause if so i believe hmotorsonline.com has them
You can get CTR cams from Inline Four, JDM HONDAPARTS, and lots of other places that sell aftermarket stuff. CTR or ITR cams are both a huge step up from the shitty stock B16 cams. What cam to get all depends on what kind of power you want to make.

id like to make decent power without spending an arm and a leg...cause imma spend enough on gettin the actual motor into the car and runnin....so imma do basic bolt ons and then thats all i wanna do for the head work now until i can afford an Intake Manifold and get that port matched and what not
I agree with the CTR camshafts for a stock b16 head. the specs arent really that much aggressive over stock and can still handle the stock valvetrain as long as you arent planning on reving it past the stock rev limiter.
i mean as far as rev limiter....its gunna be a stock ECU when i first do the swap....but further down the road i plan on doing all skunk valve train...but thats way out my budget....im looking for the best place to buy the actual swap and mounts right now...so if neone has a good shop to recommend please do so...and thank you
