Default HERE is a Poll of to considerations!

which one should I do?
I have been trying to save the money for the B18c for some time now, and now I have it.
but my frend is all like no no get a B16a with some kind of standalone ecu.
I try to ignore him but that sounds real interesting, and I am almost considering it.

But the original plan is B18c with Draggen3 turbo kit. come on imagine that in an old 4th gen hatch.

WHat do you guys think?

A standalone is not going to make up for the b16as lack of displacement.

maybe not but it will be more reliable for street/daily driving. Plus there's nothing like the blowoff valve pssssshhhhing away while you're pullin away from it in an N/A car

a stand alone will only really help you out when you are running a lot of boost, and your stock fuel curve just isn't cutting it anymore.

get the b18c1 boost the ******, and get a stand alone for that also. hey if you got that kinda money to buy a standalone, and get it installed, and then tuned completely well... think you could buy me one??

Just go with the B18c. More potential later down the road.
