clean wash mit and good quality car soap, i have heard nothing good about using wax on CF products, only bad or neutral things....

P.S. call mitsubishi and ask them what to use on the CF wings on the new Evo's, i guarantee they will say only bad things about using wax

just use wax.... most wax products have UV protection so just put like 3-4 layers of some good wax and it should be fine....no it will be fine

I have used 2 different wax's on mine and both made it glossy. Eagle 1 Nanowax (Doesnt leave a white Residue) and Zymol.

I used to work for a Picture Framing company, and we used a lot of expensive Acrylic in our picture frames. The main problem w/ acrylic (& plastic in general) is it is not very scratch resistant. Our company provided us w/ a product called brillianize, and let me tell you this **** works wonders on plastic. If you purchase it in the store (Aaron Brother Art & Framing), it comes w/ a bunch of disposable microfiber cloths that will last you a while. It's just a rubb-on till dry product & leaves behind a protective coating. In fact it's so protective, that sombody shot 3M glue all over two of my RC remotes (made by the same company), and the glue came right off the one that I had previously cleaned w/ the brillianize. The plastic on the other remote had small burn marks wherever the glue had touched it.

I use this stuff to clean my plastic tail lights, the clear cover of my guage cluster, my plastic tach, my plastic interior parts, all my vintage RC parts and it is freakin great.

*edit* I just went through their website & they even recomend using this stuff on your paint.
