This is a question for friend.
We noticed white/grey smoke coming out the exhaust last night. His motor is LS/Vtec full rebuilt with bearings and clean up hone job. It happens after punching it and after getting off the freeway. Unless the rings didn't seal right, what else could it be? We also noticed it was a queart of oil short. Thanks for your input.

 

im an expert at this by no means, but my friend has the same setup in his teg, and his smokes when he punches it, and he just says its cuz hes runnin it a bit rich....i dont know though.

 

I spit lots of dark smoke when vtec kicks.. but then so does everyone right?

 

Check the oil in the motor and make sure that it's not milky or whiteish. Hopefully it's just the motor breaking in and not the headgasket.
