The block is from ITR 1457. Yes, I can prooov it.
The block had a 3/4" vertical crack in the #1 cylinder, but not knowing that the sleeves are cast into the block, the machine shop thought they could waller(sp?) it out and punch in a new cast iron liner. Not so much.
PM me for more details, pics, info, and offers. I gotta go to work now, but I'll update the post when I get back.

I've gotten a lot of PM's about the block, so from now on, I'll be referring everybody to this post for info.
The current sitcha-ation is:
We'll be going up to Indy on Monday to Full Blown to look at trading this block for a fresher block. There might be a chance that they might not want a trade on this block....I'm not trying to tease everybody.
Justin's already gotten a very tentative initial local offer for $150 (at least) for the block, but we're still looking at our options. Of course, I'd much rather sell it locally b/c I'll be doing the packing on the block...and I really don't like doing the packing b/c I know I'll be double-boxing it.
Da block:
Cylinders 2 thru 4 have been bored .010" over and havea fresh hone on them. The #1 cylinder is the one that's been bored out in an attempt to punch a new cast iron sleeve in there ala ole V8 style.
Main caps, main bolts, block plugs/nipples, and oil pan studs included. Girdle probably won't be included b/c he'll probably need it. I can include my spare OEM oil cooler, main water pipe/hoses, and main girdle at additional cost if you need those items. I'm pretty reasonable with that kind of stuff, so I wouldn't worry about the cost too much.

Justin's gotten a pending offer for $300 + S&H. I just have to figure out how much exactly the S&H is for the guy so he can send payment.
We got back from Full Blown yesterday and they couldn't take the block in on a trade. He had no real use for it. Instead, we picked up a block for a good price with the original caps and girdle.
If anybody's interested, I can refer you to them if you're interested in buying one of the other blocks for your own usage. I'd be glad to scout it out more for anybody really interested. There were still 2 or 3 blocks left, altho I don't know how many they will actually need for their own projects. The blocks left are former RTR (Real Time Racing) blocks and had already been bored .010" over. They'll need to be overbored again or resleeved b/c the bores have slightly rust formation.
There's also a R crank from the block we bought that's in good condition, as well as a set of NSX calipers that were probably used on the RTR cars....boots are ripped tho, and I'm not sure if they would want to sell them b/c they're display case units right now.

You could buy mine if you want to resleeve it. The best offer so far is $300 but it is still not sold. As far as prices at Full Blow Racing you will have to contact them.
