Default BloWn MotoR?

hey, if lets say i blow my piston rings, and i change my pistons and get JE's, will the problem be solved? or would the blown piston rings cause other damage that would need to be fixed or changed? thanks.

You don't 'blow' your piston rings, it's the ringLANDS. the metal between the grooves that holds the rings.

Even if you damaged the cylinders you would have to sleeve for the JE's...so likely nothing else would be wrong. I would change the rods too if you're going to boost.

Although 'planning' to blow your piston ring lands is a pretty stupid idea. Why wouldn't you just do it right once.

no i know that, it was something i just had thought of in the car last night, im not saying im going to blow it or anything, i was curious to know if that were to happen how would the problem be fixed, im going to go with JE, CP, or Aria's 9:1 or 9:5:1 pistons, Crower Rods, and Godzilla Sleeves.
