</TD></TR></TABLE> ," i havnt done it et ,, just doing some research and this is what ive come up with ,, it is possible ,,if you get the right mounting kits,, however there is going to be a little weight ratio problem that you will have to address ("ie h22a is much bigger and heavier than b18b) i have heard though that this is not too much of an issue if you get a carbon fibre bonnet and move the battery to the *** end.
----> i have also heard that you are gonna have to replace your shocks and your steering ie , your turning circle will be affected ,, this of coarse with the regular probs associated with engine transfer of this kind ,, im stil trying to find out more ,, IF ANYBODY HAS DONE THIS PLS WRITE UP ABOUT PROBS COSTS SOLUTIONS ECT ECT. im going to attempt h22a spec s with redone engine parts and turbo ,,, hopefully without a boom!! ..
by the way u should check out the people who have done this engine trans to their civics ,, pretty good for research!!!!,,
and im spent!

hey newbie!!! yes it is possible..many people have done this swap...in order to do the swap u will first need a few things:
1. motor w/ tranny & ecu & harness make sure u get the shifter assembly!!!
2. mount kit..either hasport, place racing, or other
3. custom axles...u can either get DSS axles or u can do a combo of gen2 teg/prelude
4. if u want AC & PS u need to get the hasport or other kit for ac compressor & use the sohc civic ac compressor
5. must cut a hole for the shifter assembly in the cabin
6. make sure motor is in good condition...meaning repalce timing belt, wire, cap & rotor, plugs...etc...esp if this is a jdm motor since u dont know how many miles it has on it
7. good suspension setup..with the heaview engine in the front u will need some stiff springs and a good set ot shock to support...a large rear swaybar should also help with oversteer
8. DO A SEARCH cause i may have left out some stuff...plus searcing will guide u much better for other misc questions
