b20vtec help...?

Default b20vtec help...?

I have a b20vtec with: 98 b20b/ 89 b16a1 sir
arias 12:5:1 pistons
overbored to 85mm
b16a sir head w/pocketport p & p and full valve train
00 jdm type R cams
3 angle valve job
itr im
spoon tb
short ram aem
hyper ground system
type R header
highflow cat
greddy exhaust
akimoto wires
98 type R tranny w/lsd
clutchmasters stage 4
oil catch can
type R water pump, oil pump, and distributer cap

I have a couple of help questions if anyone can help
when i pull the dipstick out while the motor is running i hear a release of pressure theres no color or smell? what could this be my rings?

also does the oil catch can store oil inside when the motor is off having strange oil levels

seems like you got blow by -- and yes, it could be your rings. best thing to do is to do a compression test, and get back to us

i'm sure its fine and the compression test will show the same thing specially with new pistons and rings.

the rotating assembly creates pressure

would a crankcase breather help because ive never had this problem before but ive put 22,000 miles on the motor since rebuild and its daily driven and weekends raced, no problems except for small amount of oil consumption thats why i was thinking the rings... and my oil jumps around very strange never seen anything like this before wondering if it could be my oil catch can.
