Default Y1 tranny flywheel removal...

looks like these 23mm bolts is what does it, but i gave it a go, and i couldn't make'm give in.... is this normal...? should some wd-40 do it...? thoughts, comments..?

They're 12 point 17mm bolts and you'll need a tool to hold the flywheel so you can remove the bolts... or an impact will work if you have a good air compressor set up.

If you put AD40 on the bolts and the attach a long breaker bar to the crank pulley bolt, have a mate hold the engine steady and use a 17mm socket on the flywheel bolts they'll come off.

Just remeber to thread lock the new ones

stick a screwdriver through a hole in the flywheel let the screwdriver butt up against the webbing on the motor itll hold it still

exactly do that or put a screw driver in betwen the the gears, use some wd40 to loosen them up a bit and they should come off pretty easy
