Just finished installing them today. I like them so far.

 

How much did you pay for the basics?

Tein basics are crap compared to SS, just pay a little more and get the SS.

could you explain why itz crap?...
i'm thinking about getting BASIC as well, but i've heard good&bad..
but donno who to listen...
i know that BASIC doesn't come with upper mount, but howz the ride?. bouncy?

 

Tein Basics are non adj in damper, the SS are adj. But the SS are 1G compared to 650

 

the basics and ss do not come with the upper mounts. they both have the same spring rates. the only difference is the ss dampers are 16 way adjustable, basics are static.

i found my ss for 800 shipped . i think vtecvoodoo has them for 875 shipped.

COrrent, SS's are adjustable and Basic's are not...

I got my SS for under 875 shipped....check out JayDM.com.....tell John Jose sent ya........

I believe he can get basics for under 700 not sure...
