I was reading on the TEIN site that the FLEX models are coated to resist corrosion. I am looking at buying the SS for my EK hatch and i live in indiana which means salt salt and more salt. Should i consider getting the FLEX instead or will the SS handle this weather problem?

 

i would probably get flex to be on the safe side

 

i just put anti-seize on my threads on the ss. I'd rather have the flex though cuz the ss is a little soft and i want pillowballs.

Pillowballs are metal plates that mates up to the frame of your car. THe factory one is made of rubber but aftermarket pillowballs are made of metal.
