Default Turbo Kits

Where can i find a turbo kit for a 00 Civic EX, i can only find the kit for the 92-95 civic. If there is one who makes it. Thanks a lot for the help.

are you sure the 92-95 kit will work because there was no vtech on the 92-95 EX

92-95 & 96 up ex's have vtec, the greddy is a nice kit, pretty cheap too

ummm, yes there was VTEC on the 5th gen EX's, there was VTEC on the 5th Gen Si's also.

I don't know if there is a Turb for the 96-00 EX but, I do know that there is a SUPERCHARGER for it, Jacksonracing.com.......good stuff.

if a car has vtec or not has nothing to do with if a turbo kit will work on it. like i said, just get the 92-95 kit. if your in doubt just call greddy or whichever turbo company you want and ask if their kit will fit your application.

I agree with brian, however, one precaution is to check with your local DMV and see if you are going to be street legal with the turbo.

Who told you that? And it's VTEC not the phone VTECH

You'll have to modify the 92-95 kit, and it will NOT be smog legal.

Keep in mind we are in California and he is in Washington, smog rules are different here.

i gotta 99 ex, stock with a rev-hard turbo kit, took it to the track the other day and ran a 13.8 on street tires....

JDst1621 you ran a 13.8? i have the greddy kit on my 6th gen and the best i ran was 14.9 @ 5.5 psi. how much boost are you running? and what wastegate comes w/ the kit also?

His turbo is a t3/t4 with and external wastegate probably a deltagate or what ever yours (and mine) is a tdo4h with an internal wastegate. His is big and ours is small. I have seen people run high 13's with greddy kit (14.3 is my best) in a 92-95 civic but not 96 + they are usually slower for some reason, maybe weight, or the d16y8 bottem end.
