To keep ABS or not
As stated before Im building an Integra as a track only car, its a GSR tub and ITR motor tranny, I have the existing ABS brake system from the GSR as well as a non-ABS brake system from an RS would you guys recommend I ditch the ABS or keep it?
Keep it. ABS will enable you to brake deeper and will prevent you from flat-spotting expensive race rubber. I'm basing this on my experience driving the same car with and without ABS on the track and on mountain roads.
A lot will depend on the rules that you are building to. SCCA IT rules require disabling ABS but, if you are just using it for track days, I can't imagine why NOT to have ABS. The guy who is building my rollcage was lamenting the fact that he ruined a brand new Hoosier at the last regional he ran, with a big lock-up in mixed weather conditions...

Depends on your ABS computer too. The ITR ABS computer is light years above the others and is just a simple plug in.
I doubt anyone with an ABS disabled could post faster times and shorter 60-0 figures than an ITR ABS computer'd car. Even with huge brake upgrades you'd be hard pressed.

All 98+ Integra ABS is the same and a nice upgrade from the older 3-channel set-up.
I like ABS on the race car. It lets you brake deeper into corners without worrying about squaring off your tires.

The 97 ITR and the 98+ Tegs are still 3 channel- they use a "select low" setup on the rear wheels to operate like a 4 channel and it utilizes 4 solenoids as well.
I was under the impression that the 98+ cars shared the same modulator, but he ITR brain was different than the others. I could be wrong. I have a regular brain at home- I'll see if their part #'s are the same.

You've said this before and I keep forgetting it.
GS-R/ITR ABS w/o ITR brakes - Junk it.
ITR ABS w/ITR brakes - Keep it.

If you have the option, keep it. Think of it this way, if you are properly threshold braking, the system will never even come on. It's only there in case you go too far, or if one wheel locks before the other three. Without four brake pedals, four feet, and lightning fast reflexes, no human could come close.
