I have an 89 civic with a b16a and a 6 puck clutch. The clutch squeels when i let it out in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd gear. Is that bad. Any help would be great.

 

Is it loud? A little noise is normal.

Does the pedal feel normal?

 

my friends clutch does the same, its normal. its like a small outburst like its rubbing metal on metal right? if so, dont worry bout it, its normal.

edit: oh and by the way...why not post this in the civic forum?

 

IT's Your Release or throwout bearing...whatever u choose to call it....mine did the same thing and was really annoying...lucky for me my clutch was goin so i replaced it all.
