I got a cel today and its a code 3 map sensor. It's plugged in.... anything else I should check for?

I had this problem before and the dealer found a broken electrical connecter.
Where is this? I unplugged the map sensor plug and everything is connected.

also try cleaning out ur throttle body / intake manifold

probably wouldn't hurt to hit the map with t body cleaner

 

The throttle body is clean. Anyone else?

 

whats the actual code your getting?

P0107?

measure the voltage from the #3 pin and the number 1 pin on the MAP connector
measure the voltage from the #3 pin and the number 2 pin on the MAP connector

the number 1 pin is the one nearest the notch in the connector.

should get about 5 volts on both of not you have a broken wire between the ECM and the MAP sensor.

Code 3, does anyone know how to remove the three wires that go into the map sensor's plug?
