are these NEEDED for a turbo set up or do they just make tuning much easier? i searched but just came up with classifieds.

i have them and i made less HP when i moved them anywhere but zero, stock seting, because with a turbo car you want to take cam overlap out, and with an NA car you want to put overlap in, i have a 99si turbo and the best cam to use is a stock 99gsr set of cams, best removal of overlap and nice HP increase, dont waste the money

 

i gotta 99 si too, so use stock cam gears and a set of gsr cams?
