Why do the cams on my GS-R have PR3 stamped into them?

Default Why do the cams on my GS-R have PR3 stamped into them?

I would think it would have P72 stamped into it.
Maybe I'm wrong.

I think they should have P72 stamped on them unless you have a 92-93 GSR.

they shouldnt have pr3 on em. they arent gsr cams....

Are you refering to the cams thensevlves or the gears? I have never seen such a mark on the camshafts themselves...

thats my fault fellas..

they ARE on the gears.
So now that i think about it....it prolly dont mean anything important

Pr3 refers to the part number of the engine series. Most B series parts are PR3. Doesn't mean anything

yep, all gears are labeled PR3 on B-Series....your good to go!
