Default Electrical gurus, i need your help

OK here's the problem i'm having on my 99 Civic Si:

Speed sensor, VTEC, back up lights and radiator fan are not working. I do get speed readings when datalogging with the Hondata. Anyways, i noticed that the wiring for this 4 sensors comes from the same area in the main engine harness. This what i've done so far to try to find the problem but so far, no luck...

1- Looked for any possible kinks or cuts on the harness and found nothing.

2- Double check all sensor connections and everything it's on the right place.

3- Checked with a meter for continouity (spell check) between this sensors and the ECU harness and everything checks ok.

4- Checked all fuses and relays and everything it's good.

Question is, what should i check next? Is there anything else i can check before having to go into the engine harness itself? It almost seems like this is a ground issue or something very simple that is going to be a pain in the rear to figure out.

Any input is greatly appreciated...

Also, i never had a problem with any of these sensors. It all started after reinstalling my cylinder head which was sent out to alaniz for some work.
