Default sohc sleeved vs any swap

i currently have a sohc turbo honda but im trying to decide if i wanna do a swap (b16 crvtec or h22) or if i just should stay sohc and sleeve the block with forged internals so i can run high boost

if swap is the answer then what should i drop in ( i been thinking h22 but i do not know how convinient this is)

if some1 can tell me how to post pic here i will really apriciate

When posting pic you do this...

1) you want to copy the address in properties

2) put this before the address

then you pix should post.

The question you have to ask yourself comes down to a few basic engine principles. How much air do you plan on moving, how much boost, how high do you want to rev, how much torque do you want, etc. Also consider that in order to run "high boost" you will also probably want more airflow up top, so that means head work and valve train modification. It's perfectly possible to build a powerful boost fed SOHC, but big power numbers come much easier with B-series engines.
