Default removing AC

i plan to buy a 92 si hatch w/ AC. One of the first things i want to do with it is install a Greddy Turbo kit. However, i have been told that the Downpipe will not clear the AC. When i remove the AC, will i have to get anything besides a new belt from the dealorship?

You're from Deerfield?

What belt are you talking about? If you're pulling out the whole A/C system you just take off/cut the A/C belt, it doesnt go to anything else besides the A/C. You'll also want to remove everything in this pic to completely remove the A/C system, though there are kits you can buy that will clear the A/C.

try custom turbo instead of greddy kit, you might be able to run the ac with it.

The greddy kit allows the use of ac i thought. Might have to trim the fan housing but it should fit.

Not really. Pulled it out on my car, just gotta be able to reach the 10mm bolts behind dash with some extensions. Removing the glovebox makes it much easier because its right behind that.
