Default Wheel Options: 15" rims 6.5-7 inches wide, less than 500???

Well I've been trying to find a 15" wheel that is cheap and light. I was set on getting the SSR knockoffs, until I realized they only make them in four lug and 5 by 100

I want to stay away from rota's if I possibly can, so what are our options?

I searched. All I came up with was the Final Speeds that Leo is selling and the 15 by 7 rotas.

Heel Toe auto has the final speeds as well.

other than that? team dyamics (search darkteg's threads)

Rotas (15x6.5 at most in 5 lug i believe)

Thank you Chris! I think I've found my wheel. On heeltoeauto.com's site it says that the 15 by 7 final speeds are only available in 4 by 100

Just curious, but why? Looks? or misguided beliefs on their quality?

Nope....just because every ricer in town has a set and I'm trying to stay away.

And also because I would prefer 15 by 7

So people are ricers for buying cheap, light and decently strong wheels. Interesting arguement.

I didn't say they were ricers because they bought the wheels. It's just that all the ricers have them. Maybe if you lived where I live then you would get the point. I don't want wheels that I see on every other beat up civic with primered hoods and cheap bodykits that are hanging off the car.

If I lived somewhere other than here I wouldn't mind rota's at all. But I am dead serious when I say every other car has them. No joke. Didn't mean to offend anyone.

Bob- that's exactly what I'm doing. All the things I have bought recently were meant for the track. First the seats so I don't slip around everywhere. With the seats I had to get a rollbar or else I won't pass tech. And now I'm looking for some wheels to trash in the winter and take to the track. Also just got a Bell M2 from Victor so I don't have to borrow a helmet. And the last thing I need are my harnesses and I'm good to go!

I did not say rota owner = ricer
I said ricers in my area all have rota's.

The two statements are not equal. Just like saying rota = cheap wheel doesn not necessarily mean that every cheap wheel = rota.

Does everyone understand this now?

I was thinking about buying white ones and painting them black since the silver ones are no longer available. Any differnece in painting the white ones? It seems pretty simple unless someone wants to correct me on that

Let's show some respect to the threadstarter and keep this thread on topic, so it does not have to get the .

Thanks.

BTW, I vote for Kosei K1s.
