Default which cat. convertor is best

i am going to make a custom exhaust and i need to get a cat. so which one is the best one. i want a 3" inlet and outlet and stainless steel if possible. i guess the biggest concern is the diameter inside the cat. dyno results before and after would be cool too.

The best one is probably the carsound ones. They're pretty pricy but worth it. I plan to get one in a few weeks or so.

I'm using a 3" in and 3" out Random Technology cat. Cost about $150. It doesn't throw any codes but i have nothing to compare it to as far as flow.

Carsound, the thing is basically a testpipe. It flows about just as good as one.

I liked my Carsound until the inside broke...but that could have been caused by a rock that dented it.
