Built, turbocharged ZC...FS!!!
Hey guys I've finally decided to sell my built ZC motor. I've a B18C1 sitting in my room and I need the money to built it the right way.
As some of you may know I just got done putting a 14B turbo on it with the 450cc injectors and AFC2 hack and the motor pulls great. The motor is still in the car, and if you're really interested I can send you a video of the motor/car runing, especificaly for you, so you know is not an old video and you knoe everything works
Anyways here's the setup:
ZC engine. (nipponmotor.com 495$ + 300$ shipping)
SRP piston
Eagle rods
JE total seal rings
ARP head studs(all items-raceeng.com, John 987$)
OEM bearings, gaskets, water pump, alternator, timing belt, etc...(250$-300$)
The block and head were clean(hot tanked/magnaflux) at Victory Engines(30 yrs. reputation). Everything was measured(micrometer/plastigage...) to spec. The head was checked for cracks or damage, non was found.
'88 SI tranny
Centerforce stage 2 clutch kit. (nopi.com 200$)
lightened flywheel. (Victory Engines)
comes with the axles...
HF mani.
Adapter plate
14B turbo(good condition, no oil leaks)
2.5" downpipe.
450cc DSM injectors.
DSM BOV (1st. gen.)
I'm still deciding if I'm gonna sell the FMIC, since I just got it less than a month ago for 250$ and I know I can use it again. So if you want one you can go to johnyracecar.com, that's where I got mine from...
I will send you a small FMIC from a Volvo that's in really good condition, or a DSM SMIC.(your pick)
I'm currently boosting 8lbs. with no problems, plans were to go up to 11-12lbs. But I got a B18C1 and I wanna get the full job(sleeves, full turbo...) so the money is needed.
Asking price is $2300 + shipping. The motor only has about 900 miles, about 100 of those are with the turbo installed. If interested please call me. If you guys want references check my sig. I sold them guys, pistons/rods and the GSR tranny(respectively) and I'm sur they'll vouch for me.
for pics of the motor go here... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=499581
I'll have the pics of the turbo setup tomorrow, promise!
Now if(really) interested please call me on my cell phone at 216-355-9681, I'll try my best to answer any questions...
