Well before i calibrated my tps sensor my car was running really rich. Now that ive got it fixed it seems to have a really rough idle on warm up(around 800rpm) then when its warmed up it idles really low around 700rpm....and suposedly it smoke when i shift gears. Is this because of a faulty 02 sensor? Its throwing a code for a 02 sensor which is code one.

that means o2 sensor is bad or wiring messed up or in some cases ecu is messd up, but mostly O2 sensor

you have a code for an O2 sensor, ^^^^^^ test the wiring if you want or buy a new sensor and see if it goes away.

i would guess that since you have a code that the sensor is bad, get a new one and go from there.

 

would a faulty 02 sensor kill my gas meilage? cause my gas meilage is poop right now

 

yes, it will kill your gas milage. not the proper air/fuel ratio so it will use more gas, run like ***, maybe act like it has a cam at idle, and give you code for O2 sensor. O2 sensors are some weird things to figure out, and the best thing to do with them is to replace them, that takes a lot of time out of figureing out if they are bad, cuz they usually are.
