ok tonight i started up my car and my maintence light is on. is this just for regular maitnece or is it something else. also it does not just come on but it flashes and then goes off.

yea, after soo many miles it turns on, just a little friendly reminder from ur teg that u should check the oil, tires, and other basic maintenance, nothin to worry about tho, and when u do get it all check just push the little button under the dash adn that will turn it off

@ 52500 it could come on. The car is supposed to be maintenenced every 7500 miles....Nothing major. Oil change....etc. Its the 15k miles that begin to get bigger...then the Ugh...30k.

It lights up every 7 thousand miles so you remember to rotate your tires, there is a reset button under your steering wheel.
