Default B18b stuff....?

Hey guys, im looki at getting a B18b longblock that comes with motor, IM, EM, injectors, fuel rail, TB, Alternator, distributor.

Total cost is 749...i was wondering how much it will cost to get all the other parts, like mounts, tranny, ecu, shift linkage, wiring harness etc...

Its going into a 92 cx hatch.

Would it be better to just go with a complete change over fo 2,200?

The single mount you (may) need will be like $40, tranny cost is variable depending on what you go with (B16 LSD is my recommendation), ECU = $200ish, Linkage = $150, you don't need a wiring harness other than both stockers if the longblock comes with one. If not, you'll have to buy one for $100ish.

That give you a framework to deal with?

You'll need the front lower tranny mount, rear mount bracket (I have 2 of these if you need one. ), upper timing belt mount, and front lower AC mount.

You also need driver/passengerside axles, and halfshaft (I have a halfshaft too. ).

Tranny and linkage can probably be sourced from someone in the classifieds section.

Edit- Oops, if EM means "engine mounts", then the only mount you will need is the front lower tranny mount.

From $500 from what I've seen. You can usually get decent prices from some of the major engine retailers on trannys and mounts, etc.
