restore stock rim?

Default restore stock rim?

does anyone know how to clear coat stock gsr rims? my clear coats chipping and i didnt want to paint them a different color, so i wanted to try and redo the rim with just the clear coat. I remeber their was a post about it but i searched and had no luck. if anyone can help me that'd be great. thanx alot

You can either take it to a wheel repair shop or reclearcoat it yourself. I think VHT sells wheel clearcoat.

I suppose just start spraying since it comes in a rattle can. It'll have instructions on the can, but I'm unsure about the other layer of clearcoat.

probably going to want to wet sand it down and try and smooth out all the imperfections before spraying it..
