Default Help with C & R install

So, I installed my new C & R radiator and had a few questions. First off, the radiator comes with one fan on the passenger side, so what do I do with the wires that used to be conected to the drivers side fan, and what will they effect by not being used? Should I just zip tie them to some other wires? I just want to make sure they aren't crucial. Also, Spal fan conector doesn't match up to the stock connector. The wires are identical to the stock fan wires so should I just cut and replace the spal connector with the stock one? thank for your time, any help would be nice.

did you contact the radiator manufacturer? they'd probably know best. i personally can't think of a reason why you can't just zip tie it back. as far as splicing the wires, what did you mean when you said they were both the same, same color? same color doesn't always mean same wire, so be careful.

yO man! i have the C & R radiator in my 4th gen. just zip-tie the connector for the a/c fan out of the way. as far as the connector on the slim fan...cut the one off the stock fan and use that connector. piece of cake

thanks thats what I wanted to hear, from someone who has done it. Also, I think I left my overflow tank on ground and the school janitor may have thrown it away. What does the tank do, how long can I go without one and where on line can I find one chea[. Thanks

Umm the tank collects the extra coolant built up from the pressure when your motor gets hot........... I wouldn't reccommend going without one for more than 5 minutes........unless you want to loose a lot of coolant, have coolant pressure probablems, and ultimately over heat

i have the radiator. the only bad thing about it is in the summer you cant use your ac at a stop. the high pressure side goes to like 300 and will cau se the car to stall and overheat. it works great thought as long as your moving 35 mph plus
