new and lower miles is always nice, better condition, but its not gonna matter a whole lot once u start rebuilding it, especially if your gonna do head work, sleeve the block, and most the other things you will get will be brand new so you should be good

 

B18C1 lower compression. better for boost although many have had good results with high compression too. tuning is key

 

theres not such thing as a jdm b18c1....if its jdm theres no number after the letter......

either way, BUT since condition probably wont matter (your gonna be dragging it), your gonna rebuild, right? optional lsd? sure i'll take it, cheaper? not bad!
