Willl i be able to pass BAR in california

or is the engine too old for my car?

well a 93 b16 is jdm? i thought it had to be of domestic origin? like the b16A3 out of the 95 del sol vtec? i would like to know as well. to know.

it is legal to PASS BAR with a JDM engine
